Grupo San Cristobal supplies the content and services available in the Website according to the General Conditions of Use, as well as the policy about the processing of personal data (henceforth, the 'Privacy Policy'). The access to this Website or its use in any form makes you a 'User' and implies the full acceptance of each and all the current General Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to modify these in any moment. Accordingly, the careful reading of the General Conditions of Use will be each user's responsibility, so, if the User does not agree with any of the terms here exposed, he or she should avoid to use this current Website.

4. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Website User
The user undertakes to:
Make adequate and legal use of the Website, as well as the contents and services, according to the relevant legislation in each case; General Conditions of the Use of the Website; moral, good habits generally accepted and the public order.

If to access to some of the services and/or contents of the Website, a password is provided, you are obliged to use it diligently, keeping it secret all time. Consequently, you will be responsible for its proper custody and confidentiality, agreeing not to give it to third people, temporarily or permanently, or to allow access to the mentioned services and/or contents by outsiders. 5. Responsibilities
Grupo San Cristóbal does not guarantee continued access, or the correct viewing, downloading or usefulness of the elements and information contained in the pages of the Website, which may be impeded, hindered or interrupted by factors or circumstances that are beyond its control.
Grupo San Cristóbal is not responsible for decisions that may be taken as a result of the access to the content or information offered.
Grupo San Cristóbal may interrupt the service or immediately resolve the relationship with the User if it detects that a use of its Website or any of the services offered therein are contrary to these General Conditions of Use. SAN CRISTOBAL GROUP does not is responsible for damages, injuries, losses, claims or expenses derived from the use of the Website.
It will only be responsible for eliminating, as soon as possible, the contents that may generate such damages, provided that this is notified. Specially, it will not be responsible for any damages that may arise, among others, from:
a) Interferences, interruptions, failures, omissions, telephone breakdowns, delays, blockages or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system, motivated by deficiencies, overloads and failures in telecommunications lines and networks, or for any other cause beyond the control of GRUPO SAN CRISTOBAL.
b) illegitimate interferences by the use of malicious programs of any kind and through any means of communication, such as computer viruses or any others.
c) improper or inappropriate abuse of the Website.
d) Security or navigation errors caused by a malfunction of the browser or by the use of non-updated versions of it. The administrators of GRUPO SAN CRISTOBAL reserve the right to withdraw, totally or partially, any content or information present on the Website.
Grupo San Cristóbal excludes any responsibility for damages of any kind that may be due to the misuse of the services freely available and used by the Website Users. Likewise, Grupo San Cristóbal is exempt from any responsibility for the content and information that may be received as a consequence of the data collection forms, being the same only for the provision of consultation and doubt services. On the other hand, in case of causing damages for an illicit or incorrect use of the services said before, the User may be claimed by Grupo San Cristóbal for the damages caused.
You will defend, indemnify and keep Grupo San Cristóbal harmless against any damages arising from claims, actions or demands of third parties as a consequence of your access or use of the Website. Likewise, you are obliged to indemnify Grupo San Cristóbal against any damages and losses arising from the use of “robots”, “spiders”, “crawlers” or similar tools used in order to collect or extract data or any other action made by you that imposes an unreasonable burden on the operation of the Website.

12. Force majeure
Grupo San Cristóbal will not be responsible at all in case of inability to provide service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous case.
13. Dispute resolution. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Córdoba.
In the case that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative resolution, such ineligibility or nullity will not make these General Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, we will proceed to the modification or replacement of the said stipulation with another one that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and claim reflected in the original stipulation.
